Great location and conformable bed.

Friendry stuff and contemporary atmosphere. Our room was located on the ground floor facing the courtyards. It was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Great location. We appreciated the use of basement laundry room with free laundry washer and dryer.

As an owner of 12 successful businesses in Canada,we are very well acquainted with "keeping the customer satisfied." For 45 years. A business is only as good as the consistent service offered by its wonderful staff!! Professional, knowledgeable,obliging staff throughout the hotel. I MISS THEM ALL!! Very warm,welcoming & with good senses of humour.😄 Lovely room. Great kitchenette. CLEAN hotel. Funky decor which offers a unique retreat after meanders about glorious London. Capacious outdoor patio at back of hotel. Quiet & surrounded by trees & gardens. Tables with umbrellas. Great coffee & pastry shoppe inside hotel & good bar & restaurant.

Locke properties are super reliable

Rooms always comfortable, clean and well designed. Staff are cheerful and helpful. This particular.property was very quiet at night.

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel right at home. John and Patricia at the front desk were wonderful, and the other staff were also attentive and friendly. The room was immaculate and comfortable. I would highly recommend this aparthotel if you are on a visit to London.

Ember Locke was a perfect escape in the city. Bright colors and a welcoming staff was just was we needed after a long day of travel. We loved our room and the Eve restaurant was delicious! Highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful hotel

It was a beautiful hotel, very trendy and tastefully decorated. The room was clean and comfy and the staff were all friendly and helpful. My only comment would be that it takes a long time for breakfast - I had to wait 20 mins and ask twice for my daughter's croissant and it wasn't that busy. The previous day was a bit slow too. Maybe a buffet style would be better.

Wonderful week long stay

Had a wonderful week long stay at Ember Locke. Our first few days were a little warm as they still had central heat on even though it was mild outside, but after about 2 days they turned that off and we were able to be more comfortable in the room. The front desk was always there to answer questions for us. Really recommend

We stayed in another Locke property in Edinburgh and the one in London was FAR superior. The room was gorgeous, the design of the spaces were beautiful and the front desk staff we so friendly. We would recommend Ember Locke to anyone- but save your money and don’t stay at Eden Locke in Edinburgh

Loved it!

Lovely eclectic extended stay hotel. Front desk staff all very friendly and helpful. Room was small, but worked well for my needs. There are a few areas of the hotel that could do with some updating (tile in entry, upholstery in my room, etc.) but overall it’s really lovely. The attached restaurant was very good also!

Check in was easy and welcoming. A lovely quirky hotel where we felt relaxed and comfortable. The bedroom was fine and comfy The only thing I would change is to move the bed away from the wall as it was difficult to access down one side
