The Space:
THE SPACE: A bright, one-bedroom apartment in the heart of Fitzrovia — 44 sqm / 476 sqft of open-plan living, with the best natural light of any floor in the building. Third floor, three flights of stairs, no lift. The apartment sits above a bar, so occasional music may be audible until 1am.
LIVING AREA: A light-filled open-plan living and dining space with windows on two aspects over Foley Street. A deep grey corner sofa that converts to a sofa bed, warm orange velvet accents, a Smart TV, and a round dining table for four. Equally good for a relaxed evening in or a quick bite before heading out into Soho.
BEDROOM: A calm king bedroom with a tall navy velvet headboard, generous wardrobe storage, bedside tables, and blackout blinds. Hotel-quality linen throughout.

The BT Tower looms overhead, Fitzroy Square Gardens offers a quiet pause, and the West End theatres, British Museum, and Soho Square are all walkable. A genuinely central base where you'll walk far more than you'll take the tube.
