Finding a place for a large group in London can be tough, often costing a fortune or landing you in a hostel. This stylish and affordable flat is the perfect solution. Completely renovated in 2022, it’s designed with large groups in mind. Enjoy ample chic furniture for comfortable socializing, plus fresh towels and toiletries for everyone. Working with colleagues? There's desk space available. All this is just 5 minutes from the Underground. What more could you ask for?
The space
The flat is located on the 3rd floor of a residential building, just a 5-minute walk from Seven Sisters Underground station. You’ll enter using a lockbox, which means you can forget the hassle of rushing your big group of people to a meeting point at a specific time. Relax!
Once inside, you’ll find a truly lovely property from top to bottom. There are two bedrooms: one master room with a double bed, and a room with two double beds that sleeps 4. There are two sofa beds in the living area. Each bed is made up of hotel-quality linens during the professional clean, before your stay.
The kitchen has been fully equipped with utensils, appliances, and even spices. There is a dining table that seats four people. There’s also a small table with two chairs on the balcony, which is a lovely spot for chilling with either a morning coffee or an evening’s glass of wine.

• Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is £250 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted
