Each studio is bright, fully furnished, and completely self-contained. Inside, you'll find a comfortable bed, a modern en-suite bathroom, and a private kitchenette equipped with a fridge, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and all the essential cookware and utensils — everything you need for a relaxing stay. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, making it ideal for remote work, studying, or streaming your favourite entertainment. A shared washer/dryer is conveniently located on the ground floor.

Enjoy the flexibility of self-check-in with smart locks, allowing you to arrive at a time that suits your schedule. While daily housekeeping and breakfast are not included, mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee, giving you the freedom to tailor your stay to your needs.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

There are CCTV cameras in the communal areas and externally.

Noise can be heard from the street outside.

We kindly ask all guests to respect our strict no-smoking policy throughout the property. If evidence of smoking is found during or after your stay (such as smoke odours, ashes, or cigarette butts), a smoking fee of up to £300 may be charged to cover additional cleaning and restoration costs.

To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone in the building, parties, excessive noise, and unregistered visitors are not permitted. If these rules are breached, we may need to take appropriate action, which could include ending the reservation early. Any costs incurred as a result may be charged in accordance with the booking terms.
