Our secure and well-maintained building offers 17 private self-catering studios, thoughtfully designed for guests who appreciate comfort, privacy, and independence. Whether you're visiting for work, study, or an extended stay, it's an ideal base for students, digital nomads, and solo travellers looking for a peaceful place to call home.

Each studio is bright, stylishly furnished, and fully self-contained. You'll have a comfortable bed, a modern en-suite bathroom, and a private kitchenette equipped with a fridge, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and all the essential cookware, making it easy to prepare meals whenever you like. High-speed Wi-Fi is included, perfect for working remotely, studying, or relaxing with your favourite shows. A shared washer and dryer are also available on the ground floor for your convenience.

Enjoy the freedom of self-check-in with our smart lock system, so you can arrive whenever it suits you. While we don't provide daily housekeeping or breakfast, mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee if you'd like a little extra help during your visit, giving you the flexibility to enjoy your stay your way.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

There are CCTV cameras in the communal areas and externally.

Noise can be heard from the street outside.

We kindly ask all guests to respect our strict no-smoking policy throughout the property. If evidence of smoking is found during or after your stay (such as smoke odours, ashes, or cigarette butts), a smoking fee of up to £300 may be charged to cover additional cleaning and restoration costs.

To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone in the building, parties, excessive noise, and unregistered visitors are not permitted. If these rules are breached, we may need to take appropriate action, which could include ending the reservation early. Any costs incurred as a result may be charged in accordance with the booking terms.
