You need to refine the description of the airport Hiltons. We booked one thinking it was at the airport as it said in the description and it was not. There were 2 others that were however... We showed up after traveling all night to the wrong hotel after also walking the entire airport which is where our meetings were and found we were booked else where. It was a pain to change but Hilton was amazing to take care of us.

One incident I wanted to report and I believe it would eliminate lots of troubles if the hotel service could be improved in this area in the future. Our hotel booking (Check-in May 30, 2025 Check-out May 31,2025) was made under two names, my name and my husband’s name. Unfortunately the front desk staff only put my husband’s name in the Check-in Form and the system during our check-in. Because of this mistake, it has created a trouble and misunderstanding when our Taxi driver coming to pick us up for cruise terminal the next morning. The driver came to the Reception and asked for the guest pick up under my name (who made the taxi booking), the staff in the Reception told the driver that there was NO such person staying at the hotel …. and redirected the driver to try another Hilton hotel ??? Since we didn’t have local cellphone for contact, it has taken a lot of additional time and efforts for the driver and us to finally get connected and found each. Please let the hotel know the above and hope that our next stay in Hilton T4 would have better services provided.

Service was poor. So was hygiene. For the three days I was there, there was a very strong bad smell in the elevator area, next to the dining area -- and no one from management seemed to notice or even care. When I brought the matter to their attention more than once, it was just a shrug -- they didn't know where it was coming!

The rooms were small but very comfortable! The beds were one of the comfiest beds we’ve slept on besides our own. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. Beautifully designed hotel, nice restaurant and bar area. We would love to stay here again!

What happened to Hilton?

Another awful experience at a Hilton hotel. The AC was broken in our room so we were cooking like sausages. They did move us into another room but that meant we only got a few hours of sleep before our flight. Every Hilton we stayed at on our trip was just bad, I'm completely done with Hilton Hotels.

Mixed results on stay

1. We had trouble getting the buffet breakfast guaranteed in the reservation. We had to show confirmation multiple times. Otherwise the food, including the buffet, was excellent. 2. The room was smaller than expected based on other Hilton stays. 3. There were “step-ups” needed. We had to remember to step up to get into the bathroom and again into the shower. And also remember both of those had drops when exiting. I almost fell when accessing the bathroom and shower. It appears to have been a renovation. 4. Loved the shower amenities, shower heads and water pressure. 5. We were on 1st floor and there was intermittent noise in the hall (other loud customers). 6. Liked the golf cart ride to the terminal. This was unexpected since the ad stated “no shuttle”.
