The best hotel I have stayed in for concerts in London. Easy to get to and from and is amazing as the tube is less than 5 minutes away. There’s a shopping centre right next to it as well and a Westfield not far so great for shopping and for getting food late at night if needed. Would highly recommend and would definitely be going again.

Good comfy stay at Moxy Stratford

Booked Moxy for its location and reasonable rate for a one night stay and breakfast. We were pleasantly surprised by the contemporary interior and spacious room with everything we needed. The bed was very comfy and free WiFi was really appreciated. Breakfast was laid out really well and stocked up with friendly staff on hand to assist, but although the croissants were delicious, the sausages and egg were a bit dry.

The staff made this feel like a 5 star hotel

Without fail, every person we met was super friendly, and only too happy to help. We felt so welcome, it felt like coming home. The rooms were very comfortable. But they did lack a safe and a fridge. In spite of this I would recommend 100% for the relaxed vibe and ghd little extras. A free game of pool, a nice space to hang out in the evenjng, and access to a computer and printer for your business essentials. Thanks to the team for making our stay so enjoyable.

Nice hotel but disappointed with room upgrade

I’d upgraded the room to one with a balcony as it was a surprise for husbands 50th & thought it would be nice to sit outside & have drinks. The room pics for a balcony showed chairs. On getting to the room the balcony was rather big but no furniture to be able to sit outside. I went & asked reception but was advised all balcony rooms don’t have chairs outside. I’d also messaged the hotel in advance advising it was a celebration trip & they said they’d put a mirror message for my husband & they asked what I wanted it to say. However there was no message on mirror in room. Really disappointing as this was a very special trip. Staff were friendly. Room was ok, but very basic.

Good for access to Stratford and where I needed to be for work. Other than that best forgotten. Sack the copywriter and brand team - don’t send me messages telling me to bring a positive attitude to check in then have 6 members of staff doing nothing while 5 people wait to check in. The ‘design’ work in the lifts was clearly never checked with a single female traveller - keep your innuendos out of interior design. Spend the money on insulation from the trains rumbling past. The ear plugs with jokey messages about the city not sleeping says you know you haven’t sound proofed enough.

Overpriced and underwhelming hotel. I'd have saved money and had a better experience if we had booked a Premier Inn or similar establishment. Expensive mistake.
