Communication on how to access the apt. was good. Once inside, we found signs in both bathrooms stating not to flush toilet tissue down the toilets?! I called about this and 'owner'? said to use the very small bins beside each toilet to place our soiled toilet tissue. We were two families and 5 people between us. We asked for garbage bags at least for the bins which they did bring. During our stay, the man called & asked to drop off larger bins, but I said we were fine since we did not want anyone to enter when we were not there. He still dropped them off inside the apt. door. My friend did state to him that he should advertise that you can't truly use the toilets easily if this is a permanent issue, as most people expect to flush their tissue after toilet use. This was a last minute choice as our previous one canceled on us. While the owners made an attempt to fix up the apartment and create a clean environment, we found much dust under the beds, an old AC duct and an old AC hole in a board in the window of the bedroom where my sons slept, bringing in outside heat, bugs and street noise. We found mouse droppings in a leftover bag of sugar and a dirty mop sitting in one of the small bathrooms. No air circulation, expect for electric fans which pumped out hot air from the back. Can't imagine staying during hot summer days. With so many London choices, a hotel room which cost just as much as the apartment would have been luxury. Ask about toilets before reserving.

O flat é muito confortável. Não se escuta barulhos dos apartamentos vizinhos. A localização é excelente. Perto do underground (Edgware Road e Marble arch) . Ficamos em 10 pessoas. Todos adultos e deu tudo muito certo.

L’appartement est bien situé, à proximité de Paddigton station, à 8’ de Hyde Park, 15’ du musée Tussaud. La station Edware donne accès au métro à 7’. L’appartement était chouette… mais… une des chambres à trois lits donne sur Edgware et il est impossible d’y dormir sans bouchons d’oreille hyper-efficaces… car on a l’impression de dormir sur le trottoir et les fenêtres sont « typically english » Les toilettes se bouchant sans cesse (nous étions huit), il a fallu faire intervenir le plombier deux fois, et à la deuxième, il s’est mis a tout casser à la masse… Notre logeur, très gentil et serviable, vraiment, nous a proposé un autre appartement… nous n’avions pas tellement le choix au vu d’un WC en moins et l’espoir de bien dormir… mal nous en a pris d’accepter, car l’appartement situé à deux pas était incroyablement sale, lugubre et sous équipé. Mais nous avons pu mieux dormir, ce qui n’était pas un luxe…
