Located on the lower-ground floor and accessed by stairs, with no lift available, the flat features two beautifully presented bedrooms furnished with one king-sized bed and one double bed. One of the bedrooms has a television for relaxed, private viewing, while a second television can be enjoyed in the living room. The modern bathroom is fitted with a shower over the bath.

The bright open-plan living area brings the kitchen, dining and relaxation spaces together in a sociable and welcoming setting. A comfortable double sofa bed provides additional sleeping space, while the dining area is ideal for enjoying meals at home. The sleek kitchen is fitted with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, and offers everything needed for a convenient stay. Guests also have access to a private patio, providing a pleasant outdoor space away from the bustle of the city.

Pimlico is one of Central London’s most distinctive neighbourhoods, known for its elegant white stucco terraces, leafy garden squares and peaceful residential streets. Guests can stroll through nearby St George’s Square, visit the renowned Tate Britain or follow the Thames towards the Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey and Big Ben. Buckingham Palace, St James’s Park and the theatres, shops and restaurants around Victoria are also within easy reach.

The property is perfectly positioned for exploring neighbouring Victoria and Belgravia. Victoria offers a lively selection of shops, theatres and restaurants, including Market Halls Victoria and The Ivy Victoria Brasserie. In Pimlico, CASK Pub and Kitchen is a popular choice for craft beer and freshly prepared food, while the Marquis of Westminster offers a welcoming gastropub atmosphere. Nearby Belgravia is home to elegant boutiques, cafés and restaurants along Elizabeth Street and Pimlico Road, as well as popular pubs such as The Thomas Cubitt and The Orange.

Pimlico Underground Station is approximately a four-to-six-minute walk from the flat and provides direct access to the Victoria line, with convenient journeys to Victoria, Green Park, Oxford Circus and King’s Cross.

London Victoria Station is around a ten-to-twelve-minute walk away and is served by the Victoria, Circle and District lines, alongside Southern, Southeastern and Gatwick Express rail services.

St James’s Park Underground Station is approximately a fifteen-to-eighteen-minute walk away and provides access to the Circle and District lines for easy travel across Central London.

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.

Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. Please be careful with art, books and things of value in the house.
