Hotellet er overordnet set acceptabelt, men desværre trækker flere forhold ned. Vinduerne kan ikke åbnes, hvilket medførte høj luftfugtighed og problemer med skimmel på vægge, gardiner og loft. Dette blev først opdaget den sidste dag af opholdet. Værelserne fremstod ellers pæne og rene ved ankomst. Ifølge personalet er der lovgivning, som forhindrer åbning af vinduerne, men i så fald bør ventilation og aircondition fungere optimalt – hvilket den desværre ikke gjorde. Morgenmadsområdet havde desuden svært ved at følge med, og der var gentagne gange ventetid på både tallerkener og mad. Det skal dog fremhæves, at personalet var meget søde, venlige og imødekommende og gjorde deres bedste for at hjælpe under opholdet.
