The hotel is easily accessible by the subway and buses. The room is spacious. Tea and coffee with milk and sugar are readily available both inside the room and in the lobby. Mugs and spoons are provided. However, the rubbish bins should have been emptied every day. The flush button was not easy to be pushed and the flush was not strong enough.

I just got back from my trip to London and the my stay at Premier INN was awesome. The staff was great and made sure I had everything I needed to be comfortable. The bed was really comfy and I slept well. I would def stay here again!

Confortable and well-organized room, clean place, nice staff. A good place to stay. The arsenal and the Thames river are amazing spots nearby. Well served by Woolwich Elisabeth line and DLR stations.

The room was not fully clean when we checked in. No vacuum done. It was late in evening so we reported next morning at reception but it was not done. We asked for full room cleaning again it wasn't done & lady at reception was a bit rude. During entire stay no one cleaned the carpets or bathroom pot or refilled the tissue box in bathroom. One of the male members of staff & reception was more amicable and helped in best possible way. There were 3 people staying in room with extra bed but towels were always provided for 2. We had to fetch everytime from 3rd floor to reception as there was no phone facility in room. Finally the breakfast was a make shift arrangement in restaurant on ground floor with no salad options at all. The cup kept close to coffee machine was holding the small spoons. Someone had put in a used tea bag in the same cup and no one bothered to clean it at all. Overall - the stay experience was quite bad!

The Premier Inn London Woolwich Royal Arsenal is located at 20 minutes of Central London using the Elizabeth Line. Clean, comfortable, and affordable. The staff is kind and helpful. The vicinity includes the former Royal Arsenal that is open and worth a visit. A good experience.
