We found this apartment easy to get to. Great location to base ourselves and easy to get onto public transport to explore the sites. Lots of shops close by to get food and drinks. And a short walk to Kensington Palace. We would stay here again. The Hosts were easy to communicate with.

Property was close to all transportation options for London. Location was clean and perfect for a short stay in London. Would recommend this location to anyone who is visiting London.

great stay with easily reachable hosts

Stayed here for my first trip to London with some friends and had a great time. The Queensway central line underground stop was around to corner along with several shops which made it easy to get to different places and pick up quick things. The flat itself has two queen beds, one bedroom and one loft. Clean, spacious. Secure check-in with a helpful video was provided. Washer in-unit. T.V. Hosts were easily reachable to communicate with which I feel is the most important thing when booking these stays. Would stay again!

Hosts were very communicative in welcoming us, giving us access to their place and when there was any issues. Location was excellent as close to two different Underground stations. Lots of restaurants nearby and places you can buy groceries as only about two blocks away. It was nice to have a small kitchen and laundry machine during our family trip as was really helpful.

Wir hatten die Unterkunft gebucht und uns, basierend auf den Bildern, auf eine geräumige Wohnung gefreut, in der wir problemlos unterkommen würden. Leider weit gefehlt. Zunächst haben wir während der Anreise erfahren, das wir erstmal noch 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt den Schlüssel holen müssen. Das ist viel zu spät informiert, bedenkt man das man mit Urlaubsgepäck auf dem Weg ist, mit der Familie. Sehr unpraktisch. In der Wohnung angekommen kam der nächste Schreck. Die Wohnung war extrem klein. Es gibt zwei Betten mit je 1,4m Breite. Das soll für vier Erwachsene reichen? Nicht aus unserer Sicht. Dann gab es genau vier Handtücher fürs Bad. Keines mehr, auch nicht auf Nachfrage. Wir nutzen schon gerne zumindest eines für die Dusche und ein Handtuch am Handwaschbecken pro Person. Weiter gehts, Koffer auspacken, so schlimm wird es schon nicht werden. Tja, die Wohnung ist aber so klein, das man normale Reisekoffer kaum aufklappen kann. Oder wenn diese offen sind, muss man über das Bett um zur anderen Seite des Koffers zu gelangen. Aber auch damit nicht genug. Die offensichtlich bereits in die Jahre gekommenen Möbel sind nicht mehr stabil. Die Stühle am Esstisch haben Schrauben unter sich liegen, die die Bei e befestigen sollten. Einer der beiden Sessel hat ein lockeres und verdrehtes Bein. Setzt man sich da drauf, kippt der Sessel nach vorne über. Man hört die U-Bahn und die Menschen die auf der Straße vorbei gehen, weil man das Klackern der Schuhe durch das geschlossene Fenster hör
