Great overnight Heathrow hotel. Love the vibe. There was a bit of chaos as we arrived day hundreds of travellers disrupted but we did get to experience the hotel before that and it was great. Accessible

Overall, really nice hotel. You need to check the schedules in terms of buses from the airport. There’s no in store shop, so if you are staying with kids you might want to bring supplies. Restaurant was nice but not cheap. Pool was really nice. Well come back.

Watch the service charges

Check in went smoothly and the room was clean and looking as it had been recently refurbished. My main issue is with the bar/food service and their automatic addition of a 10% service charge on any bar order. Even on a drink order where you are standing at the bar and watching the bar man simply fill the glass and hand it over to you!

The restaurant and bar area were always buzzing with people and the menu looked great but I didn’t eat there. After a long flight the pool, steam room and sauna were the just what doctor ordered! Great pub across the street, The Three Magpies, long wait for the food but excellent Fish and Chips. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel!

No staff assistance! I had to roll my luggage through the bar. My key worked but the lock was damaged and I had to wait for assistance after traveling for six hours. I was hungry but I was afraid I would not be able to get back into my room. I ate some chips I brought from home and the tea in the room.
