It was a true pleasure to stay at Savera. Reception was warm welcoming , the house staff was quite cooperative and the price for the room was accordingly. I really enjoyed staying at Savera and will prefer to stay at Savera again for my next visit to London.

The staff are welcoming and they always have service with a smile goes along way. I've stayed a few times and would suggest extra pillows be readily available as the ones on the bed are quite flat and rooms can get quite pricey so I am not happy to book elsewhere as I more happy to stay with you

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room had dangerous electrical fault on check-in. Room was dirty and bathroom in particular appeared uncleaned. Noisy and disruptive guests in hallway late at night. Violent altercation between individuals in parking lot overnight. Would not stay again.

The service, cleanliness was good but the rooms need updating. The showers, no hand soap, no back of the hooks in bathroom, no water bottles or enough tea/cofee. Food was excellent in the restaurant.

shocking nightshift management, STAY ELSEWHERE.

The nightshift management were extremely rude and told us to go to our rooms just after midnight when all we were doing was finishing our drinks..... then raising there voices and then taking our unfinished drinks away from us and throwing down the sink in front of us was totally shocking to say the least. the East Asian woman screaming at us to go elsewhere.... but no seating elsewhere was available. totally unprofessional.

Tired

I stay here a lot, the staff are lovely, but the hotel is tired, the rooms are tired, the bathrooms are tired, the restaurant is tired, reception is tired! the location is great for me, right by the central line tube(South Ruislip). I just wish I enjoyed my stay more
