Perfect place for our family visit to London. Business district so very quiet especially on weekends. Coffee and basic soaps/detergents are provided and were appreciated. Very clear check-in info and no long list of check-out tasks like some short term rentals. Only complaint would be lack of AC during a particularly hot week in London. There was a fan provided but did get fairly hot even in the evenings.

Overall the apartment is quite, clean and spacious, close to bus lines/subway and worth the money you paid. The kitchen is also a good feature to have. I just wish the manual is more detailed: even the property manager does not know how the safe works. And we never figured out how the drying function worked on the washer/drier combo.

We rented this apartment because it located close to the most famous landmarks. Apartment is small, but functional. Inside the apartment you can find everything you need for 3-4 days of stay. However, I would not recommend to rent this apartment if you are going to stay in summer time. It has no AC! This property is surrounded by office buildings, therefore it was needed to keep blinds inside apartment always closed and if outside temperature is high, you literally cannot rest.
