nice place shame about the parking

went on a football weekend , great location, nice hotel, booked as had parking but was then told wasnt available when i asked how to dind it a week before my stay, which was disappointing to say the least. bae shut at 830 too which waw possibly more disappointing!

Good: staff are brilliant, beds are comfy, location for Wembley amazing. Bad: seriously grubby, in desperate need of some tlc . Parking hopeless, I damaged my car trying to manoeuvre out of the impossible space they gave me.

Very dirty out the back where you park ….only stayed for one night .although it was cheap they expected another £50 deposit and wouldn’t waver it .wont be returning plus room 208 is very noisy

Booked as a treat for my son for FA Cup final thinking this was a quality establishment! Unfortunately there was a leak in the room number 506 not sure if coming from aircon which didn’t work! On inspection by reception staff Spent the night with towels on floor as they said no other rooms available! Sent a written complaint to hotel and offered him 25% reduction on next stay, which initially thought ok but on reflection would not want to stay at this hotel again due to lack of customer service! Also requested the £50 deposit which you have to pay on arrival and this still hasn’t been returned to date absolutely diabolical treatment!!!!
