The staff were lovely and the hotel and room were fine but generally quite dirty, there was no kettle in the room eventhough there were cups/tea/coffee/milk etc, there was a TV in the bath but no remote for it, some of the fixtures and fittings in the bathroom were needing repair, however overall I think it has the potential to be a lovely hotel, it just needs some TLC and a deep clean and some minor repairs.

Booked this hotel for a 2 day trip into London post qaurantine and had a terrible experience. Room was very noisy you could hear everything thats going on outside, which meant we barely slept the first night. Told the manager (Kero) who was very rude and said its not his problem and that we should just deal with it for our second night, asked for a change of room or ear plugs, got told no because its not his problem again. On top of that they had drug and alcholol tests going on downstairs with random people going in and out in the current pandemic which was really confusing. Its up to you if you want to go but theres honestly better places with staff that actually understand and are helpful.

Lovely quality feel to rooms, very very quiet despite being in a busy area. Beds huge and comfy, pillows less so but pillow preference is an odd thing and I’m a bit of a pillow snob and only like the original latex foam dunlopillo😂 The lad on the check in desk was a real credit to the hotel and gave a genuine warm welcome and was very efficient also. Would definitely stay here again despite the high price.

Sehr sauberes Hotel. Nettes Personal. Leider hatte unser Zimmer kein Fenster welches sich öffnen ließ und einen Föhn suchten wir auch vergebens.

My room key failed and I was forced to use a physical key which the night attendant lost and tried to blame me plus threatened to have me pay for a new lock also. I was locked out of my room till 3:30am until the night attendant found the key for the room. He came in my room and proceeded to continue to threaten me with having to pay for a new lock. I didn't get to sleep till about 4:30am, next morning the manager found the original key and my lock still didn't work with a key-card. I only got 3 hours of sleep plus I had university lectures next day
