The open kitchen and dining space is sleek and well-appointed, with smooth handleless cabinetry, integrated appliances, and refined finishes. A compact wooden dining table by the window provides the perfect spot for morning coffee or quiet evenings at home.

The bathroom continues the home’s understated elegance — with a spacious walk-in rainfall shower, soft neutral tiles, and warm lighting that evokes a serene, spa-like atmosphere.

Situated in the vibrant neighbourhood of Earl's Court, you’ll find yourself surrounded by a fantastic selection of cafés, pubs, and restaurants. Try The Troubadour for live music and great food, or grab a pint at The Blackbird, a classic London pub with a welcoming atmosphere. Venture into nearby Kensington for a dose of culture at the Design Museum or the majestic Kensington Palace, followed by a stroll through the picturesque Kensington Gardens. South Kensington offers even more cultural gems, including the Natural History Museum and the Victoria and Albert Museum, alongside charming streets filled with boutique shops and quaint cafés.

Transport links are excellent, making it easy to explore further afield. Earl's Court station is just a short walk away, offering access to the District and Piccadilly lines, ideal for getting to Heathrow Airport or central London destinations like Covent Garden and Leicester Square. West Brompton station is also close by, providing Overground and District line services for easy connections across the city.

• Any excessive noise in the property must be prevented, out of respect for the neighbours
• City Relay is not liable for any loss of keys or any other property items
• Rubbish disposal must be done by following the instructions provided for the property
• No pets are allowed (except Service Dogs)

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.

Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
