Stylish Clapham Apartment - Pass the Keys

Enjoy a trip to London in this beautifully and spacious one bedroom flat. You will be staying in the vibrant and popular area of Clapham where there are plenty of delicious restaurants, eateries, markets and bars on your doorstep. It is the perfect place to explore the city as it is a short walk away from Clapham North tube station where you can reach central London in 15 minutes and capture the views of Buckingham Palace, Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament amongst other iconic sites.

Enter this stylish designed single level apartment. You will find an open plan living-dining area where you can enjoy some downtime with family and friends after exploring London. There are two sofas, a TV and a dining table. There is a kitchen which is fully equipped with modern appliances and includes all the cooking utensils necessary to whip up your meal of choice.

Make your way past the living area and you will find a fully equipped bathroom with a bath and shower and the fantastic bedroom which consists of a king size bed and plenty of cupboard space.

This flat is in the fantastic location of Clapham. Clapham is a wonderful and well connected area of London. Clapham boasts three tube stops all connected to the northern line where you can reach Central London in no time. There is also a great train station; Clapham Junction which connect you to Central London as well as many parts of Southern England.

It is full of great restaurants, coffee shops, bars, there is nightlife, as well a variety of local and independent shops. There is also the wonderful open space of Clapham Common where can enjoy walks, picnics, the lake, the playground or just soaking up the local scenery.

A great stay if you are in the city for work or vacation and want to be in easy reach of everything London has to offer.

This property is professionally cleaned and the linen/ towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. The property is set up to offer remote access with easy self check in and we also offer 24/7 guest support should you need any assistance during your stay.

Consumables

‘We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a Tesco Express a few minutes walk away.’

Check in and out times

Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
