Great location and staff very efficient and friendly. Rooms are quite small with no fridge/water in the room. Also, there is no air con..it gets very warm in those small rooms. We stayed in room 177 and 173 both exactly the same, not sure if there is air con etc on other fliers etc

Great customer service even with a large number of guests...the staff was friendly and efficient Great breakfast, affordable. No air conditioning but fan provided in every room and even with the heat, the room was comfortable

Check in was fine but we were put in a twin room but they were fine moving us to a double room. The hotel and room were fine if a bit old/dated/tired, the only issue was that it was a hot weekend and the windows only opened a bit, no air con. Only actual complaint was that there was clearly someone smoking in their room as you could smell it in the corridoor. Though its possible it was coming from a staff area that was in the same area.

The property stated that there would be a safe and there wasn’t one. There is no option for morning breakfast other than having to have the buffet. There is no air conditioning or no wash cloths in the washroom. The windows literally only opened about an inch and there was two windows. The rooms are totally on breathable for 30+ degree weather.

The hotel is well situated near Russell Square, convenient for tube and buses, but seemed relatively quiet apart from construction work on a nearby building (which thankfully stopped in the evenings). Our room was clean, comfortable and adequately sized, although the double bed felt slightly smaller than normal. Breakfast was excellent with a nice breakfast room and a good choice of both hot and cold items. Only stayed one night but absolutely fine and would happily use again.
