bath tub was slippery inside. a sign says we can get non slippery mat available on request. it should be there for use. otherwise it was a pleasant stay. breakfast choices were plenty. good and delicious. the pod is £8 to take you to terminal 5, that was cute convenient. a long corridor walk with the baggage is a bit of walk but still okay. they should have trash bin or cans sling the way. no trash can seen. that’s inconvenient.

So conveniently located near London Heathrow! We took the pods to the hotel. The accommodations are lovely, convenient and the staff was excellent! Would recommend!

The one defect of the Thistle is the lack of elevator/lift, so if one's room is on the upper floor of their two storey building, one must schlep one's suitcase up the stairs. The staff at reception are accomodating when possible and provide a lower floor room when it is available.

Old Hotel with Poor Hospitality

Old Hotel with Poor Hospitality The hotel felt old and outdated. The room was small and in a strange location within the property. Breakfast was disappointing, and overall hospitality was lacking, staff didn’t seem welcoming or helpful. Wouldn’t stay here again.
