Very easy to get to from Heathrow terminal 5. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The beds and bedding are very comfortable. We opted for the breakfast before heading back to Heathrow to catch a train to our next destination. We would definitely stay here again.

Pretty nice place for an airport Hotel. There is a monorail Pod that zips you to the terminal for $8, from there, lots of options to get to downtown London. The breakfast buffet is a really good value. For variety, you can walk .5 mile toward Heathrow for more food/restaurant options, including McDonalds and an Asian restaurant, Or walk 1.5 miles to a place called 3 Magpies.

The hotel is very functional with a dormitory feel to the rooms layout, service was good A major shock was the surcharge of £8 to use the five minute POD ride, something that needs to be factored in with the room rate

Very easy to locate and get to Also handy that it's right across the road from Heathrow airport. Room size is perfect and kept very clean. Staff are very professional about their job by being friendly and helpful. Food quality and service is very good with great options on the menu. Overall a pleasant hotel to stay in and very good if you are looking to stay near Heathrow.

A tad cold, managed to fool the system into heating up properly. Caught the Pod to T5, a complete rip off and should be provided free! Apart from those two niggles everything else was good.

The twin room I booked was inappropriate, It was basically a double bed with the mattress turned, I complained to reception and the happily changed the room FOC to a family room! No issues with the room but wasn’t happy about the size and zero distance between beds

The best place for terminal 5

This is the place to stay for Heathrow terminal 5. Nice restaurant and bar. Great breakfast and a patio overlooking outbound flights which was fun to watch. Room was nice and quiet, great bath and shower and tea making facilities and an easy trip on pod to terminal 8 pounds. No elevators so if you struggle with steps to restaurant it wouldn’t be for you. But I was impressed. Staff were great!

Overnight stay for early flight

Excellent location for Terminal 5 Heathrow, regular service bus, 4 mins, stop just outside hotel. Convenient and cheap! Really comfy beds and quilts, AND the added pleasure of a bath. Pleasant meal in Aviator Restaurant, but watch out for added “service” charge.

Our deluxe room was definitely not deluxe. Not sure what the standard rooms are like. Whole place needs a good re decoration and new carpets. Shame as it is easy to get to and from the terminal

Good value airport hotel handy for T3

We found this hotel to be very reasonably priced and felt like great value. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and tidy with a big comfortable bed. There's a shop for drinks and snacks by reception or you can go to the bar/restaurant upstairs which offers views of the runways. We didn't try the food but had a drink and it appears the bar is open until midnight every day so a nice spot for a nightcap. The self driving pods were a fun way to get to and from the terminal too

Last minute booking, and a short ride from terminal 5 on bus 423. Friendly staff and also made use of early check in. So convenient being right next to terminal pod parking pod station B - not cheap but direct ride to terminal 5. Old school room but clean and tidy. Very quiet during the night.
