Complete with a verdant private garden and plenty of room to spread out in, explore the high street delights of Uxbridge Road, or venture further afield with ease to nearby Notting Hill and Kensington.
Stroll up the monochrome path up to the front door, where you’re greeted by an entrance hallway and the living room on the left-hand side. A spacious and bright room with a large bay window, there are two sofas surrounding the coffee table, as well as a television and fireplace. The room is decorated with lovely artwork and pottery.
Nearby, the dining space features a lovely oval dining table and surrounding chairs, a bookcase and delightful art pieces – with views of the garden to boot.
Adjacent, the kitchen is contemporary in style, with beautiful teal tiling. Sitting next to the bi-fold doors out to the garden is an intimate breakfast table for four, ready to welcome you for a quick coffee in the morning. Fully stocked with all the amenities you’ll need, this space is as efficient as it is attractive. Venture out to the sunny private garden, which features a leafy patio complete with outdoor furniture – perfect for al fresco dining or a cocktail in the sun.
At the top of the first flight of stairs, the first bedroom awaits, adorned in charming bright blue. This room features a double bed, art on the walls, views of the garden below, and a wardrobe for storage. On the same floor you’ll find another bedroom, this time featuring a king-sized bed with bedside tables and a wardrobe.
