The flat offers two large double bedrooms, large spacious living room (TV, large leather sofas), offering plenty of space for 5 people. The kitchen includes appliances and essential cookware/crockery. There is a washer available for your laundry needs.
The flat is walking distance to Warwick Avenue, Paddington, Notting Hill, Marble Arch, Oxford St and Hyde Park.
All Tube stations within 10mins walking distance (Warwick Avenue, Paddington and Royal Oak)
Bus stops close by – please do ask if you require further information.

You will have total access to my flat. Please kindly treat it as your own and respect it.

The flat is located on the top 3rd floor - no lifts available.

Check in after 10am (earlier check in available – please reach out to me)

The latest check out is 12 noon.
I can accommodate late check in after 9pm for 30 pounds. Please kindly confirm your arrival at least 24 hours in advance.

Please kindly note the following:
Keys - I charge 200 pounds for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There will be additional costs to replace the locks for security purposes. To avoid, please keep your keys safe.
