• Roomy double bedroom with super comfy double bed, wardrobe & chest of drawers.
• Good size lounge featuring large Smart TV (don’t forget your Netflix password) and comfy sofa bed
• Small but modern kitchenette with all the essentials for a quick bite before or after exploring the capital.
• New kitchen appliances, including electric microwave, one induction hob with 2 plates, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, and kettle
• One family WC
• Complimentary wireless internet. Wi-fi is on Frankie. Sing it now, they see me scrollin’…
• Because size matters, your apartment is a generous 377 SQ FT/35.02 SQ MT - plenty of wiggle room to work and twerk
• Chillax and enjoy our complimentary crisp, clean bedding and towels

It’s a pleasure to have you stay, and while we’re live, laugh, love about most things, all guests are asked to follow Frankie’s no-nos:
• No Smoking - smoking indoors is not allowed anywhere in the apartment for Health and Safety. Please smoke outside of the apartment and dispose of any cigarettes carefully.
• No Parties – we know you’re here to have a good time but let’s be clear, strictly no parties allowed.
• No Pets – we love fur babies but sorry, no pets allowed, not even small ones.

Check-in: Rock up anytime from 3pm onwards
Check-out: 10am (Frankie Says…set your alarm! Accidentally dozing off and checking out later means you may be charged an extra night.)
