Ideal solution for the stay of families of 4/6 people or couples of friends with small children who want to live their holiday in intimacy but without sacrificing the comfort and services offered by a tourist facility such as our farmhouse.
The villa is composed, on the ground floor, of a large living area, dining area, kitchen, and a small bathroom, while on the upper floor there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
In the living area it is possible to obtain a further 2 beds thanks to a comfortable sofa bed.
It has a large external porch overlooking the woods equipped for outdoor dining.
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, American coffee machine, but you will also find a moka pot.
A huge porch overlooking the woods equipped for outdoor dining and for your relaxation.
This villa is characterized by ceilings with wooden beams and overlooking a farmyard from the 1800s.
A shared guest room with sink, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

The farmhouse has two barbecues available for our guests for delicious barbecues. Wood and pine cones can be collected in the woods.
