Great location and would have been a great stay had it not been for the cleaning/linen issues and poor communication with the key holder. Paid for linen and cleaning but bed smelled bad, had stains and the linen was very worn. When this was mentioned to the key holder she wasn’t very helpful and insisted the linen was brand new (we have photo evidence to prove it was not). The friends we booked the apartment for were also locked out when locks were changed midway through their stay. We contacted the key holder as another guest advised us they’d been given a new key. She said it wouldn’t affect our guests, yet it did. When we contacted her, she advised it wasn’t her problem as she knew nothing about it. Luckily our friends were let in by another guest in the same building. Would be a great letting if it had been cleaner and the key holder had been more helpful. All interactions with the keyholder were via WhatsApp, so we’ll be sharing with VRBO and NOVASOL
