Room door wouldn't lock from the inside so we had to use the top bolts to secure us. Furtinute torn up . Towels stained and with hairs. Restroom light took about a minute or two to turn on. There were what looked like small ants, unless they were termines, by the coffee maker. Bed was too stiff for our liking, and the pillows were hard as well. Woke up sore.
