Inglewood Gem

The Hotel was in a great area not far from many of the places we wanted to visit. So close to the airport. Breakfast was great. Perfect for what I needed it for.

Safe didn't work had a low battery symbol. We didn't have time to wait for it to be fixed since we were on our way to a concert. Staff didn't seem to have knowledge of how to give a check out receipt of things bought onsite.

Relatively good spot to stay if you have a flight the next day or an overnight connection with long lay over. Otherwise I’d stay somewhere more appealing, location wise, since this is pretty much the nicest building on the block it sits on.

The propert recently has a flood from upper floors. The renovation work has not begun. We had 3 rooms all the floors were buckling due to water damage. The tubs never drained properly. When they came to unclog them the remnants of debris was left in our tub to clean. The water was shut off frequently (for hours at a time) without notice. The place wreaked of weed all day. The parking was bad unless you have a midsized car. The employees were good though. Customer service was great.

Dirty room

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The room was very dirty, which was unacceptable. As for the breakfast, when I arrived early, most of the food was already gone, and the staff said there was no more available. This level of cleanliness and service is disappointing. I do not recommend staying here.
