I was satisfied until my guest brought animal,service and I had to pay a cash . I was told wasn't collected on that property. At any rate I'm paying for non refundable pets that wasn't there. Then I hid 1300 in my room. I still don't have it. Then upon batchin. I watched. Dirty buss gou

I wasnt contacted that they over booked. the excuse was they didnt have my number. guy at counter was polite. he called around to find out where I was relocated.
We had a great stay at the home2suites and would stay again however the bathtub did not appear as clean as it should. The floor of the tub looked grungy, a magic eraser would have cleaned it up easily. Also the first morning breakfast was very much lacking. The second morning was better.

Room was great, no issues with sound throughout the night. Parking was a little confusing to figure out upon arrival. Breakfast options were almost always out and dishes were dirty. Fun part of town to explore, I think if we were to be in the area again, we would book with this Home2.

The hotel itself was nice and the staff was friendly but location is horrible and in a disgusting city.
Stayed here before but this was the BEST stay except .....
housekeeping had neglected to refill the shower amenities (no body wash OR Shampoo). Our floor was quiet and relaxing and enjoyed that very very much. The room was clean and looked like it had been "refreshed" recently. Everything operated correctly.

The staff was so friendly and amazing!! You could tell this hotel was still in a fixer upper stages. Bed sat really low to the ground, but overall the room was good! Wall Thermostat didn’t work, but was still connected to the unit and had to use those controls even though stated it was supposed to come from wall unit.
