Overall the property was nice. A good continental breakfast. Seemingly clean and kept up well. AC seemed a little weak but not a big issue. My problem was with the last day of my stay. While at the Street Rod Nationals I received a call from my wife that something bit her. Upon pulling the sheets back she found a tiny brown bug. I notified the front desk and was told they never had that problem before and she would notify management. An hour or so later and we decided to leave and cut our trip short. Front desk said they had called Pest control and they would get back with me. She said since it was 5:30 pm, it was too late for a refund. I would have been satisfied with another room, but no offer. I notified the front desk that the bug was on a napkin on the nightstand by the desk. Two days later management called and said Pest control could not find anything. As I relayed to the management an issue like this could happen even to a five star hotel. It is how you handle these situations that matter. I was very disappointed in the way this was handled, therefore unless changes are made in the management of this hotel, I could not recommend it. Thank you.

Room was clean and spacious. Front staff was okay. Wish we had known breakfast ends earlier on a weekday. My daughter was in a basketball tournament and e didn't get a chance to eat. Just a schedule on the fridge would be great.

I did like the kitchenette in a room but was not a fan of the sliding bathroom door or that the bathroom didn’t have an ac vent or an exhaust fan. The body wash, shampoo and conditioner and the hand soap were all in Dove bottles..but was definitely not Dove. I use Dove every day and it doesn’t do that to my hair. The receptionist also gave us the wrong receipt, so we ended up getting someone else’s personal information, and someone got ours. Kinda worrying

I booked a room with multi beds, but assigned a room with only 1 king bed. I was told that Hotels.com overbooked. Hanna, at the front desk, was very sweet. She tried helping me to get a room with 2 queen beds . But no luck. Thank you, Hanna for trying . Positive experiences at this hotel: it’s clean. Breakfast has a healthy option of fresh berries with oikos yogurt. Laundry is complimentary. Thank you .

Good place.

It was a great room. Breakfast was good, but sausages all dried up and rubbery. Trash putside always overflowing. Everything else was good.
