We got there late and already problems another place prior to booking here. They advertise smoke free and clean rooms. The whole hotel smelled like weed and smoke on our floor. The floors in our room were sticky and there were wrappers where it hadnt been properly cleaned. If it hadn't been for the late night, we would have left. We were told the following morning that there would be no reinbursement for leaving a day early. All they could do is, give us another rokm or clean the one we were in. We have 2 small children and the smoke smell and cleanliness was ridiculous.

The hotel was freezing cold, my room was freezing cold even with the heat turned all the way up. The bed was the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever slept in. The staff was extremely rude, and there was pubic hair in the shower from the previous guest.

Did not stay for breakfast. We asked for more pillows and was told they did not have any but there was alot of rooms that could not be used. The room was not cleaned all the way. Old coffee in the coffee maker. The soaps and lotions bottles looked like they was used already.
