La Corte Rurale Apartment with Hot Tub

Welcome to La Corte Rurale, a cozy apartment located in one of Lucca’s five historic rural courtyards, in the San Concordio district. The location is strategic, with all services nearby, and the historic center is within easy walking distance. The apartment is on the first floor, accessible via a gate on the street, a private path, and external stairs equipped with a stairlift. At the top of the stairs, you’ll find a private covered terrace, perfect for relaxing, featuring a hot tub, dining table, and a lounge area with a sofa.



Inside, there’s a double bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds, a living room with a single sofa bed and TV, a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, bathroom, and washing machine. The apartment is air-conditioned with two units, one in the living room and one in the double bedroom, ensuring comfort year-round. In winter, radiators are present in every room. There is no private parking, but a large free public parking lot is located in front of the entrance; paid parking spaces are also available along the main road. We offer self check-in via a key box outside the house for maximum flexibility.



The terrace is covered and enclosed with PVC curtains that can be opened; it is not a sun terrace. The apartment is near a busy road but remains quiet thanks to soundproof windows. Please respect quiet hours as indicated in the house rules to avoid disturbing neighbors.

Crib and high chair available on request. Early check-in is possible upon request and subject to availability, depending on cleaning schedules.
