The rental property is located within the ZTL area (Limited Traffic Area, accessible only by permanent residents and people with special permission) and does not offer on-site parking. The closest Parking is located in a walking distance from the rental property, so leaving the car there prior reaching the apartment is essential. By following the road signs you will be able to avoid the ZTL area while driving to the parking.

What a great stay!!!

This is a great property. It’s close to everything, in fact, we found our favorite restaurant Marzo just steps away from the front door. Everybody was nice when we got there. Helpful told us exactly what we needed to do. We had plenty of space for everybody, including the kids highly recommend!

A real treat!

Elizabeth was a friendly and responsive host. The place had comfy beds, good WiFi, and was beautifully decorated. We enjoyed free concerts when lovely live music came from nearby Palazzo Pfanner. A real treat!

A very comfortable stay

We are very happy with our stay and the apartment was exactly what was described in the listing. Lucca is a beautiful and historic city with lots of great restaurants and shopping. Check in was smooth and we really appreciated having the air-conditioning throughout the entire apartment. The apartment is located within a short walk of the train station but if you arriving by car, long term parking is a good 15 minute walk away as the historic town of Lucca is a ZTL zone.

Location is quiet still close to restaurants, shops and city walls for a walk. Actually there are two appartements with a common large dinner area perfect for two families or a group. The decoration is high class. Hard to say things were almost perfect

The two apartments are renovated beautifully. It is the perfect mix of a beautiful old apartment with modern updates and amenities. We felt very spoiled by the high class design, new appliances (including A/C in every room) and space to spread out. It is located within the walls and is an easy walk to all that a guest could need. More time is the only thing we wished for in the wonderful city of Lucca at the perfect apartment of Lucca Apartments and Villas. The apartment lacks for nothing. Beautiful, efficient and comfortable, it is well positioned in the city for any activity. The taxi stand is also only steps away, but we walked from the train station very easily.

We had a fantastic family week in Casa Titti.

The apartment was spacious and well equipped with everything we needed and comfortable beds for all eight adults in our party. The communication with Lucca Apartments was excellent and the in person check in was much appreciated. We were provided with lots of information including recommendations for a private chef who cooked us a wonderful meal. The apartment is in the perfect location,within walking distance from cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. It is also walking distance (15 mins) from the train station for days out, including a half hour journey to Pisa. There is so much to do in Lucca - we filled a week with churches, museums, galleries and a lovely walk on the old town walls.

The apartment was beautiful and welcoming. All of the beds were extremely uncomfortable. They desperately need to be replaced. The washers were not great. They didn’t work very well. It took all day to dry my clothes. Please install smoke alarms!

Lovely Month's Visit in Lucca

We had the opportunity to stay in this lovely apartment for an extended stay for one month. We found the apartment to be of high quality design and function. It is the ideal design for an extended visit. The owner has done an outstanding job of design and reconstruction of the apartment and building. The furnishings, appliances, and kitchen supplies are of high quality and plentiful for an extended visit. The location of the building is ideal, since it is a quiet area, yet close to shopping and the wall for extended walks around the town. You have a number of choices for parking close to the building, which can be accessed in 5 to 10 minutes. Elizabeth was our host during our stay, and was delightful and attentive to our needs.

Beautiful apartment, well decorated,, fully equipped , centrally located, will definitely recommended to friends. On line listing should disclose there are 32 steps to get to the apt. The garbage depository is about a block from the apartment, we contacted for a cleaning crew and for €60 they only did the floors. The apartment should at least have some water bottles young guest arrivals All together Lucca was more important than the complaints we had.

Best property during our tour of Italy

Out of the four other areas we stayed in (Lake Como, Bologna, Bari & Naples), this Lucca property was by far the best in every way for our party of four independent women. Although it was not ready upon arrival, they quickly called in a cleaning team to remedy the issue. The apartment was actually two apartments with separate kitchens, living rooms and bedrooms (two in each apartment). Located within the historic city toward the northern wall, it was very close to the main shopping street and also very convenient to everything (about a ten-15 minute fast walk to the train station). Be aware that taxi availability is a little bit of an issue resulting from loss of workers during the pandemic (we could not arrange a taxi to the train station & had to walk with our luggage).
