Convenient location in old town

It is renoveted old house in old town. Interesting layout. From the elevator, we need to walk some spiral staircases to get to our room, not convenient. When with luggage, it is kind of dangerous. The gabage cans are very small. Whe we check in, the front desk staff was not there and door is locked. We waited in the rain. Besides these, the stay was ok.

Everything about my stay was just perfection. The front staff exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived I felt like I was going to feel right at home. This is not a four-star hotel. There were no amenities in the room, you had to go downstairs and get them for yourself. There was no refrigerator in the room. There was no closet in the room. I was not able to adjust the heat in the room. The beds, while comfortable, had only a heavy comforter on them. Thus it was either too hot to sleep with a comforter on or cold without the comforter. The overhead shower barely dripped water out. Well, most of the front staff was pleasant. One person was particularly rude, I asked for my room key, giving him my name and number of the room, and he kept on asking me what my name was and this is after he gave me the key. The room with the shower in it had a very strong musty smell to it.

Wonderful location ! We had lots of space with 2 kids ( ages 10 & 14) Friendly front desk staff Close to lots of great shops bars bakeries . We highly recommend this hotel !!

Maybe you’d like to find something else

Room wasn’t ready, as 3rd person bed wasn’t made. They forgot to contact parking so we got stuck in car elevator for 20min. Elevator doors being opened manually. They had issue with bad batch coffee in the morning breakfast. Even with do not disturb sign, they enter the room. Checking out I asked to see manager, since there wasn’t any. Asked to be called. No one called. Sent an email using hotel.com it’s been 5 days still nothing. I don’t recommend.
