2度目の利用です。 仕事の関係で深夜のチェックイン(予め連絡済)となりましたが、1人でおられたフロントの女性スタッフがとても失礼な態度でびっくりしました。 自分のミスをこちらのせいにして、それを言い訳で済ませたり…(他にもあります) 東横INNは安心して利用できるチェーンホテルだと思っていましたが、スタッフさんの教育はされているのか疑問です。チェックアウト時の他のスタッフの方はとても気持ちの良い対応でした。
