冠婚葬祭の為、前泊利用しました。南町田グランベリーパーク駅からも地下道を通りC1出口を出るとすぐ目の前にホテルがあるので、大変便利でした。館内はシンプルでとても明るい雰囲気、受付のスタッフさんも、親切・丁寧に対応してくださりました。今回ツインルームを利用。室内も清掃が行き渡っており快適に過ごせました。朝食会場のスタッフの皆さんもお忙しい中でも、とても親切でありがたい限りでした。最後まで満足な宿泊でした。またぜひ機会ある際は利用したいです。

5/10に1泊しました。 南町田グランベリーパーク駅からの道が分かりにくいです。 ナビを使って歩いたのですが、ナビも正確ではないので、20分近く駅の周りをクルクルしてしまいました。 たまたま交番を見つけ、そこでお聞きしました。 交番近くにある地下道を潜り、C1出口に出るとすぐです。 朝起きた時に気付いたのですが、掛け布団に、恐らく口紅が2ヶ所付いていました（私はノーメイクです）。 部屋番号を書いても、一斉に清掃するので分からないかもしれませんが、308号室です。 朝食スペースは狭いし、品数も少なく、正直満足できる物ではありませんでした。 お代わりしたかったですが、後の人が困るだろうと思い、しませんでした。 自販機でおやつと飲み物を買い、部屋で食べました。 色々な種類をたくさん食べたい人は、十分ではないかもしれません。 フロントの方は、ほとんど話していないので、可もなく不可もなくです。 東横INNは、元々建物がコンパクトなので、食事スペースが狭いのも、ベッドが狭いのも、仕方ないかもと思いました。 夜寝る時は、他の宿泊客の声が聞こえましたし、朝5:00頃の清掃も気になりましたし、チェックアウトまでの清掃の音が気になりました。 朝食は、6:30に行った方が、ゆっくり出来ると思いますし、料理の欠品もないと思います。

禁煙ルームの空きがなく、喫煙ルームに宿泊しましたが、思ったよりニオイが気にならなかったのでホッとしました。 施設が新しいのか、全体的に清潔感がありました。 かなり宿泊者は多かった様ですが、全く他の部屋の音は聞こえて来ず、静かに過ごせました。
