Rooms were smelly and dirty. Night staff was rude and tried to blame us for a clogged sink by saying we dropped something in it. They opened the sink and found nothing but residue from pipes. Would not recommend.

First time in a hotel I considered putting a chair behind my door. There were suspicious characters. Receptionist was cold and unfriendly. The room was unkempt and unclean. I Will never ever stay there again.

I always have good stays here, but on my last visit my room had what looked like a hopelessly broken shower bracket. I mentioned it to the front desk clerk and left for dinner. When I returned an hour later, they already had it back in working condition!

Not enough sound insulation between the first and second floors- a late 3am arrival the floor above us woke 2 of 3 people in our room. Heating unit would squeal the first minute everytime it turned on- about every 20 minutes all night long.
