Outdoor shower, hot tub, terrace (50 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop, restaurant 800 m, bus stop 3.6 km, pebble beach 1.5 km. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Heating of the water in the swimming pool (extra). It is necessary to announce 7 days in advance if the pool heating is required.
