The property is located in the eastern part of Makarska, a city in southern Croatia, southeast of Split, near the city center and the sea.

The house has three floors, but the top ones are closed. So the apartment is on all privacy ideal for a relaxing vacation community and with friends or a large family group of up to 12 people.
