Glorious residence!

Great house and swimming pool. Plenty of privacy. We were a group of 12 and we had really great time. Good restaurants and within a walk of 15 to 20 minutes from the house.

Great villa for a family holiday

Beautiful villa, very spacious and modern. Pool and outside area were lovely too. Very private. Location was very good, close to the supermarkets and town of Malinska. You can walk to the beach in 15 minutes or 3 minutes in the car. Sol Tours were very accommodating, helpful and very responsive. Would recommend both the agency and the villa, and will be planning to come back next year.

Mega Ausstattung, Stadt und Meer waren gut erreichbar. Super für Familien. Man muss die Villa theoretisch nicht verlassen. Alles vorhanden. Parkplatz für bis zu 3 Autos. Genug Space um sch auch mal zurückzuziehen.

Great stay!

Auf Nachfrage, ob ein früherer Check-In möglich wäre kam prompt eine positive Antwort. Statt um 16 Uhr konnten wir bereits ab 12 Uhr einchecken. Ich wurde benachrichtigt, sobald die Unterkunft zur Verfügung stand. Zum einchecken musste ich allerdings nach Njivice fahren, was einer etwa 10 minütige Autofahrt entspricht, war also nicht schlimm. Die Unterkunft ist schön und relativ sauber. Einzig am Boden lagen einige tote Insekten, was wir dann aber selbst beseitigten. Zum Strand und zum Zentrum waren es nur erwa 5 min Autofahrt und Supermärkte waren ebenso in der Nähe. Checkout war ebenfalls unproblematisch. Die Dame von Soltours machte eine Runde im und ums Haus und kontrollierte, ob Schäden entstanden sind. Danach bekamen wir die € 500 Kaution, die wir hinterlegt hatten wieder retour.

Extraordinary journey!

Huset var stort och passade väldigt bra för två familjer med barn. Jättefin pool. Bra utomhusytor att umgås på. Vi grillade varje kväll. Rummen på övervåningen var inte så fina som de på undervåningen men passar bra för barn. Rent överallt. Det problem vi hade med att elen var avslagen när vi anlände hjälpte SolTours oss att lösa på ett fint sätt.
