Kitchen 10 sqm and with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker (4 plates), oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler and washing machine. The dinette offers space for 5 persons. You have access to the terrace. Separate toilet 5 sqm and with 1 washbasin, WC and washing machine.
1st floor: Bedroom 12 sqm and with 1 double bed and TV. You have access to the balcony. Bedroom 10 sqm and with 1 double bed and TV. You have access to the balcony. Bedroom 8 sqm and with 1 single bed. 2 bathrooms each 8 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your villa is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per cable and satellite.

Malinska. The villa is located on a 250 sqm enclosed property, bounded by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
