3 Strikes and You’re Out! 1- Debris left on floor of room 2 - Fridge didn’t work 3 - Hot tub didn’t work (My main reason for making the reservation.) Staff did get me a recently updated, clean, fridge and hot tub working reservation at the Holiday Inn Express, nearby. So, all was not lost

I like everything but I don’t like that the pool was cool and there was no jacuzzi because it was broken and they need to fix that and it take along time so next time it’s better to call them to see if the jacuzzi and the pool are good

The pool and hot tub was not clean. The arcade games were mostly all broken and took my money. It’s a no smoking place but smelt like marijuana and cigarettes. The pull out bed in my room has a seem razor in it and crumbs as if they didn’t check it. 2 lights didn’t work and the tvs are very old and one did not work. Not a great experience.

Ok - not great but decent

Check in was clumsy - issue with the software. Staff was nice enough. Didn't appreciate smokers close to the door - needs outside enforceable area. Pet friendly.

1. Filthy hot tub(brown water, stench) 2. Broken swimming pool, tiles broken, dangerous environment 3. Arcade games broken or take money but doesn’t work 4. Vending Machines out of order 5. Rooms absolutely disgusting, food on floors, mold in bathroom, televisions didn’t work in either room 6. Inadequate linens all around, not enough pillows, no wash clothes, only Towels for two people not the 5 booked 7. All complaints answered with “have to let manager know on Monday” 8. Staff on duty unable to resolve any issues 9. Was told it’s my problem since I booked through Expedia
