Everything was great! Staff were super friendly. Hotel was close Xfinity and made it easy to get to a concert. We had our own car but there was a shuttle service from the hotel to the center incase we needed a second option.

Upon arrival to our room for a party of 5. We only had 3 bath towels, 2 wash cloths, and 2 hand towels. There wasn't any linens in our room for the pull out sofa. The foam pad mattress cover had stains on it. I'm so glad I bought Lysol to spray it with. We had to call the main desk for extra towels and wash cloths and linens for the sleeper sofa. We were told there wasn't any and we would get some as soon as possible. When they were brought up we still didn't get enough wash cloths. I was lucky to find the cleaning crew outside our room and I asked for more wash cloths on Sunday. I was in the room on Sunday and I kept hearing something dripping and I noticed it was the ceiling and it was over the sleeper sofa. I called and reported it and I was told we could change rooms but this was our last night there and I didn't have my family there to help me move everything. Maintenance was sent out and he checked it and said it was a roof leak. We usually stay at Air BnB's but we couldn't find one in our price range so we opted to stay at a motel. It was a okay stay and close to Gillette Stadium for our family to go to the football game on Sunday.

I expected a mid to low-end hotel experience, and was still left extremely disappointed. The lobby looks beautiful as you walk in, but that’s all the good I can say about this hotel. My Room was right next to the pool so it constantly felt humid and we could hear the noise of kids playing late at night. There were mysterious stains on BOTH the queen sized beds in my room. The toilet didn’t have enough flushing power so it took multiple flushes to get number 2’s down. The shower didn’t drain properly so by the end of our stay, the shower was basically fully clogged. And to put the icing on the cake, I had to kill a COCKAROACH that was in the room. All that happened within our 2 nights of staying at this hotel. I would give this place 0 stars if I could.

The bed was clean and comfortable, the a/c worked great and kept the room cold making for a good nights sleep. The bathroom was clean. The hotel needs a facelift and reinvestment in their furniture, fixtures and finishes.

Great Stay

Front desk staff was very friendly. Our room was clean as well has the sheets and towels. The restaurant was yummy and we had an amazing bartender. I would definitely stay again.
