We truly loved the property as everything was perfect with the host making it easy to check-in through her attention to us when we had questions. The house was perfect, as advertised, with unbelievable views, warm inviting pool and use of all the kayaks & other toys. We had 10 staying at the home and there was plenty of space for everyone. We will definitely be booking this home again. A 10 out of 10 home.

House was perfect! Beautiful location! Loved all of the water toys, pool, dock, and outdoor area. Great layout for a large group. Very clean house and nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable. Nice having 3 king beds and lots of balcony area to watch the sunset or boats on the water. Snacks supplied were a nice treat. Ownership very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend

Great island getaway for our family of 10

We had 6 adults and 4 kids in this great house. Pool was lovely, great sunset every night. Manager was easy to get ahold of if we needed anything. Great location, about an hour to Key West and 45 min to Islamorada. Lots of local restaurants that were fantastic.

This property is incredible. Right on the Gulf and you have 180 degree view of the water. The house is new and clean and has every amenity possible. Kayaks, bikes,and even fishing gear. Caught several fish right off the sea wall in back. Jessieca the property manager was wonderful and checked on us frequently during the stay. We will be back!

Family vacation

The property is very nice. We had all the amenities we could ever want. Close to so many things to do while in Marathon. An hour drive to Key West. We will definitely be visiting again next year.

Perfect Vacation Home!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful home! It was very clean had a lot of room and was in a perfect location. The view was breathtaking and we didn’t want our vacation to end! Jesseica the property manager was fabulous and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and enjoyed our stay! I would recommend this lovely home to anyone wanting to stay in Marathon! We will definitely go back!

Christmas Vacation

This is a great property at a great location. The only reason that this property did not get 5 starts is that that the property manager or staff was on site EVERY SINGLE DAY. You want to enjoy your coffee on the deck in the morning and enjoy the ocean, not without someone outside moving your things and constantly milling about. They would move our fishing gear, one morning they shut off and removed our air pumper from our bait bucket. It just seemed VERY unnecessary for them to be there every morning and touching our stuff. It felt like we were not alone in what should have been a private vacation! Additionally, the walls are very thin at this property. The neighbors were us until 1-2 am almost every night playing bags and the "Thud" of bags landing was very inconvenient.
