The Space:

This brand-new waterfront home sits on a prime Marathon canal with direct ocean access, designed to offer a comfortable stay for up to 10 guests. The two-story layout, modern exterior, and full amenity set make it a solid home base for families and groups visiting the Florida Keys.



The interior features modern furnishings and plenty of natural light throughout. The open-concept living area connects the living room, fully equipped kitchen, and dining space in one clean layout.



Outside, you'll find multiple areas to spread out. The heated swimming pool sits in the backyard alongside a putting green, propane fire pit, and outdoor kitchen island with a gas BBQ grill. There's also al fresco dining with views of the canal.



The game room on the first floor has foosball, air hockey, an arcade machine, and board games. Two complimentary bicycles (one adult, one youth) are also available for exploring Marathon's trails and neighborhoods right from the front door.



The private 75-foot dock has a fish-cleaning station, water hookup, and 30 and 50 AMP electrical service, with direct ocean access and no bridge clearance issues.



Four bedrooms round out the home, each set up for rest after a full day on the water or around town.

Saltwater Social is located in Marathon, a laid-back stretch of the Florida Keys with easy access to the water and a mix of local restaurants, shops, and outdoor activities. The surrounding waters are popular for snorkeling, scuba diving, and fishing, with coral reefs including Sombrero Reef within reach by boat.



The Seven Mile Bridge connects the Middle Keys to the Lower Keys and offers open-water views, fishing access, and bird watching from the old bridge span. Charter fishing operations run out of Marathon daily for offshore and backcountry trips.
