The main residence features 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms with an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals a breeze, while the comfortable living room provides the perfect place to relax after a day on the water. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, while the guest bedroom features a double bed. A full bathroom is located off the primary bedroom, and a convenient half bath is located near the guest bedroom.

Just steps away, the separate efficiency suite provides additional privacy with a queen bed, a full bathroom, and a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and sink. (Please note: the efficiency includes a kitchenette only and does not have a stove or oven.) It's an ideal space for grandparents, another couple, older children, or anyone who appreciates a little extra privacy.

The Reef Resort offers a true home away from home atmosphere with outstanding resort-style amenities. Guests can cool off in the community swimming pool, relax in the lounge chairs, or enjoy complimentary use of the resort's bicycles, kayaks, canoes, and paddle boats to explore the surrounding waters. Additional amenities include tennis courts, shuffleboard, ping pong, Bbq grills, and an on-site laundry facility.

Dockage Information:

Dockage may be available through The Reef Resort office and is subject to availability. Guests are responsible for contacting the resort office directly to verify current dockage availability, pricing, and any applicable fees prior to arrival.

- Maximum boat length at the docks: 30 feet

- Boat ramp accommodates boats up to 20 feet

- Additional dockage registration forms are required and must be completed through The Reef Resort office prior to arrival.

- All boats and trailers must be registered with the resort office before using the marina facilities.

- Guests must check in at the office once they have arrived to the property
