Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Remove sheets from the bed and leave them neatly on top of the bed. Place all used towels on the floor of the bathrooms.
Empty any remaining water from the coffee maker. Take out the kitchen trash and place it in the trash bins on the first floor. Wash and return all dishes to their original places.
Ensure back sliding glass doors are locked. Set the thermostat to 76F before leaving the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
