Villa Omnia is situated in the greenery of Loborika, not far from Pula. The facade of this luxurious 3-bedroom villa represents a perfect combination of modern and traditional, while the interior is dominated by modern and clean lines. This vacation home is designed for 6 people and will gladly accommodate groups of young people. The luxurious 850 m² garden with 3 relaxation zones is ideal for all-day gatherings.



The villa has an area of 155 m² and consists of ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor there is a bright, open space consisting of living room, dining room with 6 seats and a modern, fully equipped, high gloss kitchen. The walls are light and the large windows let in natural light, visually enlarging the space. The furniture is in neutral shades of gray and brown, and there are also wooden elements combined with industrial ones. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with shower and washing machine.



This vacation home has 3 bedrooms located on the 1st floor. 1 bedroom has its own bathroom. 2 rooms are equipped with double beds and have access to their own balcony, while 1 room has 2 beds for 1 person. On both balconies you will find a small table and chairs for sitting, which will be an ideal oasis for reading a book or drinking your morning coffee. And of course a beautiful view. Each room is equipped with a wardrobe, desk and SAT TV and offers enough privacy and comfort for working from home.



In the beautifully landscaped garden of 850 m² you will find a swimming pool with 6 sunbeds and umbrellas. In front of the villa there is a sunny relaxation area with sun loungers, and next to the villa there is a separate covered summer kitchen with barbecue and dining area. If you are vacationing with children, there is plenty of room for them to run and play, as well as a large outdoor playground with a trampoline. Parking is private and can accommodate up to 4 vehicles.



Villa Omnia is ideally located - it is situated in a quiet village and only 15 minutes drive from the center of Pula. There you can visit numerous cultural and historical sights such as the Pula Arena, the Arch of Sergius and the Temple of Augustus. About 20 minutes drive from the Villa is Fažana, where you can take a boat to visit the Brijuni National Park. End the day with dinner in one of the traditional Istrian taverns.
