Tervetuloa Marco Islandille! Trooppinen paratiisi Yhdysvalloissa. Viihtyisä bungalowimme odottaa sinua ja perhettäsi. Tarjoamme suuren aurinkolämmitteisen uima-altaan istuen pöydässä, penkillä ja ilmanpaineella varustetut spa-suihkut, jotka sijaitsevat tilavassa Lanai-kaupungissa, jota ympäröivät kauniit kämmenet ja suuri mangopuu. Mukavat ulkokalusteet ja grilli. Ilmainen Wi-Fi ja älykkäät led-taulutelevisiot. Olemme sijaitsee upealla naapurustossa saaren eteläpäässä, josta pääsee nopeasti rannalle poikkileikkaukselta Winterberry Dr. ja S Collier Blvd. Olemme kävelymatkan päässä monista nähtävyyksistä ja palveluista. Marco Walk -ostoskeskus on 5 minuutin kävelymatka ja se tarjoaa 6 erilaista ravintolaa, elokuvateatteria, jäätelöbaalia, vaatteita, koruja ja lahjakauppoja. Kätevä 7-11 ja mini-putti sijaitsee 1 korttelin päässä talomme.
Bungalow-hotellissa on king-size-vuode päälliköllä, taulu-tv ja oma kylpyhuone, johon pääsee myös Lanan kautta. Queen-size-vuode vierashuoneessa ja 2 kerrossänkyä lastenhuoneessa, nukkumassa jopa 5 lasta. Makuuhuoneet ovat pieniä, mutta niissä on hyvä säilytystila ja mukavat vuoteet. Nahkasohvat olohuoneessa, suurella taulutelevisiolla; ruokailutilasta on näköala uima-altaalle, jossa on moderni pubikorkeus ruokapöydässä 8; hyvin varustettu keittiö, jossa puukaapit ja graniittitiskit; iso pesukone ja kuivaaja tilavassa mutahuoneessa. Yli kokoinen autotalli, joka on varustettu urheiluleluilla, polkupyörillä ja rannatarvikkeilla.
5 minuutin kävelymatka rannalle, 10 minuutin pyöräretki Mackle Parkiin (julkinen pääsy koripallokenttiin, leikkipaikka, jalkapallokenttä, klubitalo pingispongilla, biljardi, foosball, shuffleboard ...) ja moniin ravintoloihin, kauppoihin lähellä. Todella hyvä sijainti ja mukava pieni talo.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Marco Golf and Garden. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla ilmainen Wi-Fi yleisissä tiloissa, poreallas ja pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa yksityisen uima-altaan ja keittiön.

Wonderful getaway

This was our second time staying at this property in Marco Island. Maria was attentive and extremely accommodating, and the property was wonderfully stocked and maintained. It's located within walking distance of the beach and some dining and shopping, which was very convenient for our family of 4 children. We visit Marco every summer, and plan on staying here again! If you are looking for a secure, stocked, greatly located house in the beautiful Marco Island, this house is a perfect fit.

Took my family down to Marco Island, FL for the first time in June. This property was a perfect location and within walking distance to the beach and shops. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The pool and outdoor TV were nice when we needed some time at home. Owners were super responsive and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful house, Great location!

This house was perfect for our family.....kitchen is fully stocked, pool with lanai was great fun for the kids, plenty of beach chairs, umbrella, sand buckets, shovels, coolers, and cart to bring to the beach. Great pool!

We had a great week! The house was stocked with fun things for us to use...fishing poles, bikes, pool toys, beach wagon and beach toys. We fully enjoyed it! The pool was our favorite part! The lanai allowed us to use the pool without worrying about bugs or debris. It was very clean and well maintained. Our kids had a blast!

Great place! Exactly as advertised.

I had a convention to attend at a nearby resort, but the hotel cost was exorbitant. This house was an excellent alternative and allowed me to bring my family and a coworker. We had a great time. The swimming pool was nice, the home was clean and well-maintained, and it seems everything we needed was right there. We would recommend Pinchers restaurant, and the Snook Inn (family seafood) located down the main drag. A good value —and the owner Maria was very friendly in handling a few small questions I had. Nothing is cheap on Marco Island, but in this case it seems everything was reasonable and we got what we paid for. Thank you to the Fraser family.

Loved it!

We had a wonderful time staying at this house. Our kids (5 & 2) just loved the pool and said it was their favorite part of the trip. Location was great as it is close to everything and within walking distance to 2 main things: the beach and an ice cream shop! We loved having access to all the beach supplies (especially the beach cart) and the house was well stocked with essential items. Owner was very quick to respond to questions. We would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I stayed at this location on Marco Island Jan 7-21 and loved how close it was to shopping, south beach and places to eat. The pool was clean and nice size to enjoy the water (except when the cold weather hit southwest Florida). Fantastic Property! Everything last detail was perfectly thought through.

The house was perfect, not too big, not too small. The pool was amazing and warm, perfect place to go to after a day at the beach. The distance to the beach was truly only a 5 min walk, even with little children it was great (if you can, bring some scooters, the kids had a blast riding them to the beach boardwalk everyday). Great restaurants within walking distance. Couldn't ask for more!

Great Stay!

We had a great stay with our three teenage boys. The walk to the beach was easy and fast. We also drove to Tigertail beach several times, only 5 minutes in the car! My boys loved the pool, especially not having to share it like we do when renting a condo. Plenty of beach chairs and toys provided. We walked to the minigolf multiple evenings. Overall, a fantastic choice!

The pool is very pretty and quite private with just the right height vegetation around it and a service road and parking lot behind it. Getting to the beach is easy from the back gate or through the vacant side property. Part of the pool deck has sun all day long and the covered table and chairs are a relief when needed. The kitchen is well equipped as is everything else. Nice laundry facilities. The bedrooms and baths are small but very comfortable. Lots of closet and dresser space. A great beach/pool home for a short vacation. We were a party of two so space was not an issue for us. The owners and management were very responsive and accommodating.

Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Marco Island. Short easy walk to beach and restaurants, and the pool is beautiful. Home is very clean and plenty of room. We will definitely try to stay here again on our next trip to Marco!
