LOCATION! Walking distance to the beautiful beaches and stunning water of Marco Island! Updated 2 bedroom, 1 bath first floor end unit within Seabreeze South Complex. Abundant natural light, 18" tile throughout, central A/C, & ceiling fan in living room. Kitchen with plenty of counterspace and an added dishwasher. Amazing community pool, excellent amenities and lush green space. If you love the beach and desire an affordable unit-this is for you!

Pets under 8lbs allowed for extra fee.
The space
This cozy condo was set up to give you a sense of calm and peace. Main level, end unit gives you natural light in the bedroom and easy access. It has 2 Bedrooms, bathroom with tiled shower, fully stocked kitchen, dining room, and living room. The pool is located behind the unit, and you have space in front to sit for morning coffee, enjoying the view of palm trees.
Guest access
Guests will have full access to everything in the unit including bikes! Guests will also have access to all of the Sea Breeze South amenities including an activity/social room, a beautiful pool, shuffle board, grills and a shared laundry room.
