Kolmen makuuhuoneen kahden kylpyhuoneen talo. Makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode ja sviitissä on erillinen pesuallas ja suihku. Kaksi muuta makuuhuonetta jakaa kylpyhuone toisessa on queen-vuode ja toisessa king-vuode. Seimi sisältyy hintaan. Molemmissa olohuoneessa ja perhehuoneissa on vuodesohva. Autotallissa on täydellinen keittiö ja ruokasali sekä ajomatka. Talon takana on myös turvatarkastus uima-altaalla ja laituri, josta pääsee veteen. Suuri perheille. Talo on alle neljänneksen mailin kävelymatkan päässä merestä. On yleinen ranta pääsy noin mailin päässä.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Marco Beach. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkailleen esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaille yksityisen uima-altaan ja keittiön.

Great location and outdoor space

This house has a great location, close to the main strip, beach, and area restaurants. It is situated in the middle of a canal making for relaxing mornings and breath taking evenings as the sun sets. The outdoor space is the highlight of this home. My parents enjoyed sitting on the lanai, looking at the water and watching birds and the occasional dolphin come by. My kids loved the pool but especially loved the ability to fish off the private dock in the yard- a little boy’s dream!We have family on Marco and visit enough that I wasn’t looking for extreme luxury. I needed a place large enough to host my family and my parents for the week. This house met our needs. Past reviews raved about the cleanliness, but the conditions of the kitchen and showers could have been better. Linens were ok but also could have been better. Sheets were clean but old with pilling and some slight tears. There were not enough towels provided so if you stay, I’d suggest brining your own. Overall, we had a great vacation. A few simple changes could lead to an improved stay.

Sunsets by the canal

Excellent home. Comfortable bed. Beautiful sunsets out the back over the canal. Responsive host. Only minor flaw was the grill needs repaired or replaced. Highly recommend this home.

Christmas vacation

This property was overall clean and served the purpose that we needed. The house had plenty of space for our group and the swimming pool area was a great place to hang out when we were at the house. The kitchen had enough utensils for the meals that we made at the house. The beds were comfortable. If we had any questions, the owner replied within a reasonable time frame. Public beach access is about a 20 minute walk. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your home. We will be back.

Beautiful sun sets

The property was very clean and served the purpose. We have a comfy bed, and a functional kitchen. We enjoyed watching the sunsets on the patio. The pool was clean and refreshing. The home resides in a nice quiet neighborhood. The distance to the beach is a quite a ways. We walked it once but decided to drive and park. Tiger tail beach was our favorite. Overall good value. I would stay here again.

Fabulous Family Vacation

Thank you for sharing your home with us!!! The property was wonderful; convenient and in a quiet location, decorated beautifully, in close proximity to beach (I was able walked to the public beach access) and not far from local restaurants. We enjoyed the pool (very clean) and fishing off the dock. We caught a variety of fish and even saw dolphins right there while standing on the dock. We had 3 generations there and celebrated grandmas 75th birthday. We took a shelling tour, a fishing excursion, played mini golf (not to be missed), went to the farmers market, relaxed, played board games all while enjoying the beautiful Florida weather. Oh and we found the most beautiful seashells. Mr Gonzalez was available via text to answer any questions we had and responded quickly. We would definitely go back the only problem was that the vacation was too short.

Great value with unfortunate Red Tide

The property was clean and the pool area was very large and enjoyable. The canal had a nice open look with good views which is not always the case. The decorations are dated. The value for the price was very good. The biggest issue we had was the Red Tide was present and this resulted in hundreds of dead fish floating in the canal. This meant we could not use the best part of the house, the pool area, for half of our 18 day stay.

This is an older home. Although the bathrooms are outdated and the mattresses are well worn, the kitchen is new and the lanai was a nice place to relax.

We absolutely loved our stay.

My dad actually sat on the dock and fished from sun up till sun down all week long. We had enough room for all of our family and close to everglades, keys, fort myers. Neighbors were friendly and owner was very responsive. We are hoping to book this house again next February when we return to florida.

This is a great place to stay. The house is well maintained and spacious. We went with another couple and it was like having two separate wings. The pool was clean and refreshing. We enjoyed everything about our stay here and will definitely book again!
