The complex is pet-free per HOA policy; we are unable to accommodate animals of any size
No smoking anywhere on the property, including the lanai and breezeway (HOA fine applies)
No parties or large gatherings; noise should be kept considerate after 10pm
Your hosts are not on-site during your stay but are consistently responsive by message — typically within the hour
